I agree with the sentiments, but I can think of situations where it might be necessary to do so. What does God do to the proud? Besides... all generalizations are wrong...
In all those examples you are talking about God- I was referring to humans. How God disciplines or admins his justice is his business. As humans I don't believe it our job to take some down a peg or destroy a person (temple whatever)
